Guided Woodcock Hunts

Our guided hunts promise more than just a day in the field; they offer an unforgettable experience filled with companionship and excitement.  With their expert knowledge and well-trained bird dogs, our guides ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure.

We do not target but do tend to come across other Wild upland Game birds when woodcock hunting. We ask that you be respectful of declining wild populations and only take birds on the covey rise and ZERO flock shooting.

.Here is the list of items you are definitely going to need:

  • Any Gauge break action shotgun (autos and pumps are allowed but dogs may look at you funny) ammo

  • Game bag

  • Water proof boots that you are comfortable walking 4-10 miles in.

  • Change of socks

  • Briar pants are recommended but not required.

  • Appropriate clothing for weather Blaze orange hat (nc law)

  • Hearing and eye protection

Personal dogs are allowed as long as they get along well with other dogs and honor another dog on point. I understand this is a great chance to take a dog out to get wild bird experience, If you would like to use this as a training opportunity, your dog needs to be woah broke and wear an E collar. Brid cleaning for no additional fee

  • Half day hunt $350 Deposit $150 ** additional hunters after 2(max3) $100 Breakfast or lunch (depending on hunt) provided

  • Full Day Hunt $600 Deposit $200 ** additional hunter after 2 (max3) $100 Breakfast and lunch provided

  • 2 Day hunts $1200 Deposit $500 ** additional hunter after 2 (max3) $100 All meals provided

  • Tents and all Meals provided Any additional necessary camping gear, not provided

Hunt Packages are non-refundable

  • Packages booked within 15 days of the hunt must be paid fully at the time of booking

  • No credit cards. Cash, Cash app, Venmo and checks only

Cancellation Policy

  • No rain checks unless schedule permits

  • Cancelled hunts are not refunded, but a replacement may be found
